Mr. Fraley recently founded the firm Evolve, a real estate investment and management company. Prior to starting Evolve in 2013, Mr. Fraley was a Partner and national Head of Research for Rockwood Capital, where he had worked for over 13 years. From 1999 through 2011, he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management on the East Coast, including sourcing transactions and negotiating joint venture partnerships. During that time, Mr. Fraley executed on 36 distinct transactions representing investment of approximately $1 billion of equity and $2.5 billion of total capitalized value. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Fraley worked for the Tax Incentive Programs for the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, serving as the Director of the 421a and Inclusionary Affordable Housing Programs, and the 421g Lower Manhattan Residential Conversion Program. Mr. Fraley received a Bachelor of Arts, Metropolitan Studies from New York University in 1990 and a Masters of Business Administration from Yale University in 1999. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his husband, Victor Self and their daughters Coco (4) and Kiki (2).
