Kevin J. Oldis is Vice President, Human Resources for CBS Television Networks supporting the domestic business units of Showtime Networks Inc., CBS Sports, CBS Sports Network, CBS News, and CBS Television Networks. In this position, he manages the day-to-day Human Resource functions and operations working directly with all levels of staff and management. His role encompass’s Staffing, Employee Relations, Development, Benefits, Compensation and Strategy. Previously, Oldis served as Vice President, Human Resources and HR Information Systems, at Showtime Networks Inc. from 1997 to 2007. He first joined Showtime in 1995 as Director, Employment. During this time, he developed new sources for recruiting quality candidates from diverse backgrounds and made significant changes in the company’s Human Resources Information Systems to generate several new statistical reports. Additionally, Oldis also increased the company’s presence in many outside organizations and redesigned Showtime Networks’ relocation policy. Prior to joining Showtime Networks Inc., Oldis worked for Republic National Bank of New York since 1979 where he was the First Vice President - Employment/Employee Relations. Previously, he worked for American International Group as an HR Generalists since 1977. Currently, Oldis is an active volunteer representing CBS Networks while serving as the Pro Bono Human Resources Consultant for GLAAD for over the past 11 years. He also serves as a Crisis Counselor for the Long Island Crisis Center. Oldis received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Saint Francis College.
