Scott has been CEO of Sparks since 2001, when he and his partner, Jeff Harrow, bought a controlling interest in this public company which they eventually took private in 2005. With clients like Google, Microsoft, Merck, and Boston Scientific, Sparks manages all aspects of experiential marketing for Fortune 1000 companies, and designs and manufactures store fixtures for leading retail companies like JC Penney. Prior to Sparks, Scott was COO of a single office NJ-based travel agency, which he and Jeff grew into the sixth largest corporate travel management company in the United States, with revenues of $900 million and a staff of 1,400 employees. Scott sold Travel One to American Express in 1999, where he stayed on for two years to create a $3 billion travel management division within Amex. Scott has an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Fordham University.
