Ms. Krayem has enjoyed a distinguished career in Washington, holding executive-level positions in the U.S. Departments of Transportation, State and Commerce; the Presidential Inaugural Committee; and the Democratic National Committee. At Patton Boggs, she will provide strategic oversight and advice on issues in such areas as transportation, defense and homeland security, international trade, healthcare, environmental and antitrust. Ms. Krayem has also held a range of other positions, including Director of Special Projects for the Denver Summit of the Eight, U.S. Department of State, and various positions within the U.S. Department of Commerce Office of the Secretary and International Trade Administration, including Acting Director, Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs. Ms Krayem served on both the 1993 and 1997 Presidential Inaugurals, and has been active with the Democratic National Committee. She holds a Masters of Public Administration, State and Local Policy Analysis, from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, from the University of Connecticut.
