Pastor Terry Anderson is the Church Relations Director at Center for Arizona Policy (CAP), a nonprofit research and education organization committed to promoting and defending the foundational values of life, marriage and family, and religious liberty. One hundred-twenty-three CAP-supported bills have been passed into law since CAP made its first appearance at the state Capitol in 1995. During Terry’s more than 32 years of pastoral work, he has played an integral role in two church plants and has served small to large congregations. His ministry has led him to churches across Arizona including Christ’s Church of the Valley, The Crossroads Church in Anthem, and Chandler Christian Church. During his time at Chandler Christian Church, Terry oversaw more than 135 small groups as they walked through The Truth Project biblical worldview curriculum. A college baseball player in Mississippi, Terry’s call to ministry took him to Mid South Christian College for his Bachelors of Arts in Preaching Ministries and to Kentucky Christian University for his Masters of Arts in Christian Leadership. As the father of two adult children, Terry has a great passion for Next Generation Leadership and for ministering to pastors and their families. Pastor Terry resides in Phoenix.
