Noreen M. Culhane, executive vice president, Global Corporate Client Group, for the New York Stock Exchange, is responsible for the Exchange’s worldwide efforts to attract new listings and to serve companies already listed. Ms. Culhane manages Business Development, Client Service, Marketing and Sales Support function, the Initial Public Offering process and Structured Products for the Exchange’s business worldwide. Before joining the NYSE, Ms. Culhane spent 20 years at IBM, most recently as the Business Unit Executive for the securities industry. Her responsibilities in this position included sales, services and relationship management for major domestic securities firms. Ms. Culhane serves on the Management Committee for the NYSE and is a member of the Economic Club of New York. She also serves on the Fund Raising Board of the Borough of Manhattan Community College as well as the Board of the College of Mt. St. Vincent, her alma mater. Ms. Culhane has a graduate degree in Education from the College of New Rochelle and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard.
