Andrew H Zuccotti

Mr. Zuccotti is a partner in K&L Gates' Seattle office, where he practices primarily in the area of federal income tax. His experience includes a full range of federal income tax issues including mergers and acquisitions, real estate syndications, the unrelated trade or business tax, international tax and general corporate transactions. Mr. Zuccotti also works with federal income tax issues in leveraged leasing transactions, including leases of airplanes and barges.
