Alexandra Dawson

Alexandra Dawson has been the Compliance Officer for The Roffe Group since joining the firm in 2006. In that capacity, she is responsible for handling the preparation and filing of all lobbying reports with the New York State Commission on Public Integrity. She has filed hundreds of lobbying registrations and bi-monthly reports and has been the point person for the firm’s participation in countless random compliance audits. Alex interacts with all of the firm’s clients to ensure that they are kept abreast of all New York laws and regulations affecting their lobbying activities and advise them in their compliance issues as they prepare and submit their required New York filings. Additionally, Alex monitors the introduction and daily status of all legislation affecting each client and supervises the individualized client tracking system. Alex graduated from Le Moyne College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. During her four years at Le Moyne, she interned with Congressman James T. Walsh in his Syracuse district office.
