J D Carreker

J. D. (Denny) Carreker is Vice Chairman, CEO, and a member of the board of directors of Jet Linx Management Company, a privately held jet travel company based in Omaha with local operations in Omaha, Dallas and Indianapolis. The company provides aircraft management and jet membership travel. He joined Jet Linx in 2009 and established its Dallas operation. In 1978 Mr. Carreker founded J.D. Carreker and Associates, a management consulting and technology company specializing in bank operations and services. Over time the company expanded to serve the largest banks in the U.S. and more than 250 clients on five continents with offices in London and Sydney, specializing in payment systems, revenue enhancement, e-commerce, technology strategy, fraud mitigation, and customer relationship management. With Mr. Carreker serving as its chairman and CEO, the company went public in 1998 and completed a successful secondary in 2000 as Carreker Corporation.Carreker Corporation was acquired by CheckFree in 2007 and is now part of Fiserv. Mr. Carreker serves on the advisory board of MedSynergies based in Irving, Texas. He is also active in community and philanthropic affairs, serving as a member of the regional board of the Salvation Army, a former member of the board of directors of Global Missions Fellowship, St. Paul Fund for Advanced Heart and Lung Disease, and Camp John Marc, and a former member of the board of directors of the College of Engineering at Southern Methodist University. He and his wife Connie are past honorary chairs and past members of the board of directors of the Dallas Make-a-Wish Foundation and are current members of Park Cities Presbyterian Church.
