Jeffrey is a partner in the Corporate Department. He provides advice to clients of all sizes on legal and business issues including capital structure, transaction strategy, corporate governance, strategic planning and real estate investments. In addition to structuring and representing private equity funds, Jeffrey counsels companies through all stages of growth including negotiating and consummating acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, asset and stock acquisitions and joint ventures. Jeffrey’s business experience and strong tax background allow him to serve as a trusted tax and business advocate for his clients, often bringing added value to the financial structuring and economics of the transaction.
