Regina Calabro is a partner in the Labor and Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. She is an experienced litigator and business counselor concentrating her practice primarily on all aspects of employment law, including non-competition and trade secrets, wage and hour, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and traditional labor matters. She also represents clients in commercial transactions and civil litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty and defamation cases, bankruptcy, and contract disputes. Gina is experienced in class action and multi-party litigation. She has litigated cases before federal and state courts, numerous administrative agencies and arbitration panels. She regularly counsels clients on employment issues related to the evaluation and discipline of employees, discrimination and harassment complaints, employee policies and handbooks, non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements, and wage and hour issues. Before entering private practice, Gina served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Cook County State’s Attorney Office.
