Thomas Crabtree, a Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President, is responsible for the firm’s Navy Headquarters, Operational Fleet and Maritime CYBER Operations business across the continental United States and Hawaii. His client focus is on the Secretary of the Navy, Chief of Naval Operations, Operational Fleets, including Fleet Cyber Command/10th Fleet and Navy Type Commanders. His work is centered on Fleet Operational Readiness Analysis and Assessment, CYBER Operations, Manpower, Training and Education, Navy Military Health and Infrastructure, Energy and Environment as they support efficient and effective Readiness and capability production.
Mr. Crabtree is a former Naval Supply Corps Officer with active and reserve service from 1972 to 1980. He joined Federal Civil Service with the Navy in 1975. He held positions with increasing levels of authority and responsibility until being selected into the Senior Executive Service (SES) in 1999. As an SES, he served on the staff of U.S. Fleet Forces Command as Director of Shore Installations Readiness, Director of Fleet Training, Director of Fleet Readiness, Training, Logistics and Maintenance and finally as Executive Director and Chief of Staff. Mr. Crabtree retired from civil service in May of 2006.
Mr. Crabtree holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and aMaster’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the Golden Gate University. He has completed Enterprise Management, Business Strategy and Executive Development programs at Duke University and the University of North Carolina.
Mr. Crabtree’s honors include the Senior Executive Service Presidential Rank Award, Distinguished Civilian Service Award, and numerous Superior and Meritorious Civilian Service Awards.more » « less
