Susan Lee Cross

Cross retired in 2018 as EVP and global chief acutuary at XL Group Ltd. (now AXA XL) in Bermuda. She joined the company in 1999 and served as global chief actuary and chief actuary of XL's reinsurance operations. Previously, she was a principal and consulting actuary at Tillinghast-Towers Perrin.
