Thomas L Rhodes

Thomas L. Rhodes. Mr. Rhodes was first elected as a Director of the Company in July 1994 and is currently a member of the Audit, Compensation and Human Resources, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Rhodes is Chairman of National Review magazine where he has served as President since November 1992 and as a Director since 1988. From 1976 to 1992, he held various positions at Goldman, Sachs & Co., was elected a General Partner in 1986 and served as a General Partner from 1987 until November 1992. Mr. Rhodes is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation and Vice Chairman of American Land Lease, Inc., a publicly held real estate investment trust. Rhodes received a B.A. (1963) and MBA (1965) from the University of Pennsylvania. He is married and has three children.
