Barbara R. Smith

Appointed to her current role in early 2017, she served as SVP and CFO since 2011. Prior to joining Commercial Metals, she served as treasurer and CFO of Gerdau Ameristeel. Previously she was SVP and CFO for FARO Technologies Inc. She formerly spent 20 years at Alcoa Inc., where she held a variety of senior financial roles, including group CFO for aerospace, automotive, and commercial transportation group.
