Don Raikes

Donald (Don) R. Raikes is vice president, transmission marketing and customer services. Raikes is responsible for the commercial activities of Dominion Transmission, Inc. and Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP. Since joining the company in 1985, he has held various positions within the company’s interstate gas pipeline business unit. He was part of the commercial team that implemented the wholesale restructuring as a result of FERC Order Nos. 436 and 636 and also led the commercial team that reactivated the Cove Point LNG terminal and most recently announced the expansion and doubling of its capacity. Raikes holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fairmont State University.
