Andrew C Clarke

Andrew C. Clarke has served as a director of our Company since January 2005. Mr. Clarke became the Chief Executive Officer of Panther Expedited Services, Inc., a non-asset based provider of expedited transportation services in North America., in April 2007, and is Panther's senior executive overseeing both strategic decisions and day-to-day operations. He joined Panther in May 2006 as its President. From April 2001 until May 2006, Mr. Clarke was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Forward Air Corporation, a non-asset based provider of time-definite ground transportation services to the air cargo industry. From March 2000 to April 2001, Mr. Clarke held a number of management positions with Forward Air Corporation. From August 1998 to March 2000, Mr. Clarke was an investment banker with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown in the Global Transportation Group. Mr. Clarke is also a director of Panther Expedited.
