As a Congressional Candidate in California’s newly drawn 2nd District, Stacey Lawson is an educator, small business owner and co-founder of the Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology at UC Berkeley, one of the nation’s leading centers of economic innovation, small business advocacy and incubation. A student of public schools who became a chemical engineer and then went on to graduate from the Harvard Business School, Stacey has started small businesses, run major departments inside large companies, and spent nearly 20 years focused on the kind of sustainable economic development that will lead America back to prosperity. Stacey lives in San Rafael and is running to represent California's 2nd District in the U.S. House of Representatives. The district stretches from the Golden Gate bridge up the North Coast to the Oregon border.
