Brad Regens was named Managing Director and, later, Vice President, State Customer Relations in 2008. Regens joined CCA as Senior Director, State Customer Relations in December 2007 to manage business relationships with established and prospective state partners in the southwestern United States, with an emphasis on Arizona and California. Regens comes to CCA from the Arizona House of Representatives, where he served two years as the Director of Fiscal Policy. Previously, he spent nine years serving in a number of key roles, including Assistant Director, with the Arizona Joint Legislative Budget Committee, where he was responsible for analysis and forecasts of state government expenditures. Regens earned his Master of Public Policy degree from Duke University, and his undergraduate degree was gained at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is located in CCA’s Phoenix, Arizona satellite office.
