Nicholas Antenucci

Nicholas Antenucci is an associate in the Government Affairs practice. Prior to becoming an associate, Nicholas served as legislative director for the practice. Before joining Wilson Elser, Nicholas worked as a legislative analyst to RoAnn Destito (D-Utica), a member of the New York State Assembly and chair of the Standing Committee on Governmental Operations. Nicholas reviewed and drafted legislation, met with constituents, addressed local concerns and provided assistance to Chairwoman Destito on governmental issues, including legislative redistricting. Nicholas’ experience working in New York State Government also includes handling matters related to racing, gaming and wagering policies, the private health care industry, higher education and economic development initiatives, banking and financial issues, and procurement lobbying.
