Jack W. Goodall has been a director since 1994. Mr. Goodall is a private equity investor and serves as a director of Rubio's Restaurants, Inc.
Goodall joined the Jack in the Box in 1963 as a management trainee and became president seven years later, a position he held until his retirement in 1996.
