Mission The Baltimore City Foundation is committed to enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of Baltimore. The Foundation serves as a fiscal intermediary for the City of Baltimore, allowing the City to raise philanthropic resources to support programs in areas of education, public safety, economic development, quality of life, and accountability and transparency.
