Its Global Consumer Brands business unit produces and markets branded frozen pizzas (Tony's, Red Baron and Freschetta), desserts (Mrs. Smith's and Edward's), side dishes and ethnic specialties through retail and club grocery retailers in more than 50 countries. Schwan's Food Service business unit supplies frozen specialties, sandwiches and premium desserts to chain restaurants, schools, delicatessens and institutional customers. The company operates processing plants in Georgia, Florida, Minnesota, Kansas, South Carolina, Kentucky, Texas and in Canada, England, France and Germany.
