ALL Consulting has accomplished several projects to support planning oil and gas development in the Eagle Ford, Marcellus, Bakken, Powder River, Williston, Fort Worth, Michigan, and Anadarko basins. Planning documents have included state impact analyses as well as Federal Environmental Assessments, Plans of Development, and Water Management Plans. Road and utility lay-out and design have been included as well as environmental resource surveys including threatened and endangered species and cultural resources. We have utilized our knowledge of the planning process to negotiate variances from federal, state, and municipal regulations. We have developed proprietary cost models as well as produced water management models to align management schedules tied to drilling and completion plans.
