National Action Network

The National Action Network is a not-for-profit, civil rights organization founded by the Reverend Al Sharpton in New York City, New York, in early 1991. Rachel Noerdlinger is Senior Vice President of Communications of the National Action Network. National Action Network is one of the leading civil rights organizations in the nation with over 70 chapters throughout the United States.[1] National Action Network works within the spirit and tradition of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. to promote a modern civil rights agenda that includes the fight for one standard of justice, decency and equal opportunities for all people regardless of race, religion, nationality or gender.[2]
