Civitas Group was founded in 2004 by a group of former senior government, industry, and finance officials with the objective of providing superior market strategy, management consulting, and investment diligence services to companies in the national security and government services sectors. Drawing on the experience of a core team with leadership experience in government, national and homeland security, critical infrastructure, banking, private equity, and management consulting, we rapidly built a firm uniquely qualified to assist clients with growth in the government market. Since our inception, we have created a premier brand in the advisory sector and built a client base that includes government industry leaders, top-tier investment firms, and leading-edge technology companies. In 2012, Civitas Group divested its government-focused practice and has expanded our presence in the commercial consulting sector, focused on strategy and management consulting, market research, and transaction-based diligence support services. Our alumni continue to serve the national security enterprise in government, technology, finance, and private industry.
