PennEast Pipeline LLC is a consortium of five fossil fuel utilities companies, each of whom has a 20% stake in the proposed 118-mile, $1 billion PennEast pipeline that will deliver fracked natural gas from Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, to Mercer County, New Jersey.
New Jersey utilities company PSEG had a 10% stake until March 2017, when it sold its share to Spectra Energy Corp., a subsidiary of Enbridge, giving the latter a 20% stake in the pipeline.
