"The list includes high-profile men and women in the United States who permanently lost their jobs or significant roles, professional ties or projects (e.g., concert tours, book deals) within the past year after publicly reported accusations of sexual misconduct. Names were gathered from New York Times archives and a search of other news reports since Oct. 5, 2017. The list excludes cases of those put on temporary or indefinite leave."
