Understanding Permission Levels
All data on LittleSis is publicly viewable, but only registered users—called analysts—can make changes to data on the site. In order to uphold our mission and the accuracy of the site’s data, we have two different levels that include the following permissions.
What is my permission level?
All new analysts start at the beginner level. To check your level, click your username and click Settings on your dashboard header.
How do I reach the next permission level?
If you’re excited about mapping power networks on LittleSis and ready to access additional tools, contact us to reach the next permission level and include details about what you do, any expertise you may have, and what kind of data you'd like to contribute.
LittleSis staff may also move you automatically to the next level based on your activity. You will be notified by email and see the change on your dashboard.
