Paul J Evanson

Mr. Evanson has been Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company since June 2003. Mr. Evanson is the Chair of the Executive Committee. He has also been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company's principal subsidiaries since June 2003. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Evanson was President of Florida Power & Light Company, the principal subsidiary of FPL Group, Inc., and a director of FPL Group, Inc. from 1995 to 2003.
