Roger Lynch, who has served as CEO of Pandora since August 2017, will be stepping down from the company, according to a press release.
The news comes as Pandora stockholders approved the company’s $3.5 billion acquisition by SiriusXM, which was first reported in September 2018
Prior to joining Pandora in 2017, Lynch was founding CEO of Sling TV Holding LLC, the streaming television service of DISH Network LLC. Before that, he was EVP, advanced technologies of DISH. He is currently a member of the board of Pandora and the board of overseers of the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
