Charles W. Duncan, Jr., served as Limited Partner of Houston NFL Holdings, LP. Mr. Duncan served as Secretary of the United States Department of Energy from August 1979 to January 1981 and Deputy Secretary of the United States Department of Defense from January 1977 to August 1979. Mr. Duncan has been engaged in private investments in Houston, Texas, since 1981. He serves as Chairman of Duncan Interests. He serves as Vice Chairman and Director of The Welch Foundation. He serves as a Director of American Express Company, Houston Methodist Hospital, The Coca-Cola Company, Chemical Banking Corporation and United Technologies Corporation. He served as a Director of Newfield Exploration Co. from 1990 to May 4, 2005. He served as a Director at PanEnergy Corporation (formerly, Panhandle Eastern Corp.) since 1990. He was Trustee Emeritus of Rice University. He served as a Trustee of The Brookings Institution.
