Luke has expertise in the financing of all stages of healthcare and financial services companies, from startup to IPO to large-cap public company, as well as “going-private” buyout financing and advisory work. In addition, he has a deep understanding and expertise in healthcare and financial services mergers and acquisitions. His longstanding relationships extend to an extraordinary number of healthcare's most successful serial entrepreneurs and senior managers. From 1980 to 2000, Luke was Co-Senior Partner of J.C. Bradford & Co. in Nashville, Tenn. Following the sale of J.C. Bradford & Co. to UBS in 2000, he remained active with UBS as a senior advisor to the UBS healthcare investment banking team. He received his BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
