Richard Selby

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Selby founded R.W. Selby & Company, Inc. in 1975 after graduating from the University of Southern California in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. With his partners and key executives, Mr. Selby has created a successful organization with substantial experience in the acquisition, development, management, and sale of multi-family housing. Mr. Selby orchestrates the continuing growth of the portfolio through long established personal and professional relationships with investors, real estate brokers, and property owners. Mr. Selby is a licensed real estate broker in California and is a member of Riviera Tennis Club, the Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics (FCREUE) at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, the Young Presidents’ Organization, the World Presidents’ Organization, and the USC Scholarship Club. He is committed to philanthropic and civic life.
