Ms. Wood was appointed as a director in July 2014. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Guidepost Solutions LLC (“Guidepost”), a company specializing in monitoring, compliance, international investigations and risk management solutions, after joining the organization in 2012 as president of its Compliance, Federal Practice and Software Solutions division. In September 2012, Guidepost acquired ICS Consulting, LLC, a company founded by Ms. Wood in 2009. Prior to founding ICS Consulting, LLC, Ms. Wood served as head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement for the Department of Homeland Security from January 2006 to November 2008 where she led the largest investigative component of the Department and the second largest investigative agency in the federal government with a budget of nearly $6 billion and 15,000 employees. Ms. Wood also served in several other senior positions in the federal government including Assistant Secretary for Export Enforcement at the Department of Commerce and Chief of Staff for the Criminal Division at the Department of Justice. Ms. Wood earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Baylor University and a Juris Doctor cum laude from Cornell Law School. Ms. Wood brings extensive federal government, legal and management experience to the board of directors. Her experience in the private sector, including in compliance and risk assessments, and her former government positions, including as Head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, strengthens the board of directors’ collective knowledge, capabilities and experience.
