Lance D Bultena

Lance Bultena represents corporations, coalitions, and trade associations before the U.S. Congress and executive agencies. Lance focuses on matters where both the substantive issues and politics are challenging. He frequently handles issues relating to transportation, telecommunications, financial institutions, and legal reform. Lance has also guided clients through the challenges of congressional investigations. Prior to joining the firm, Lance served as counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. He gained experience in all phases of the legislative process, including legislative drafting, committee hearings, Senate floor strategy, and conference negotiations.
