Mary Marshall has been employed with the College of Southern Idaho South Central Head Start program for 18 years, and has been the Director for three years. Mary graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. She is a certified mediator for the State of Idaho. Mary is a regular member of federal on-site review team usually in the area of Program Design and Management. Mary provides training to Head Start staff and parents on a variety of topics including Conflict Resolution, Shared Governance, and Director’s Training. In 1995, she was recognized nationally as the National Head Start Association’s Administrator of the Year. In 2005, Mary was appointed by Governor Dirk Kempthorne to a three-year term on the Idaho Children’s Trust Fund Board of Directors.
