Steve Keegan

Steve Keegan has more than 20 years of experience leading complex IT initiatives. As a Pace Harmon governance leader, Keegan helps organizations implement the governance practices essential in gaining optimal efficiencies from outsourcing. During his career, Steve has served in a variety of IT and project management leadership positions, including vice president of the project management office for Hyatt Hotels Corporation and director of project management and IT for US Cellular. He also brings deep experience from work in the financial services and healthcare industries, the federal government, and a Big 4 consultancy. As a proven leader, Steve manages transformational initiatives spanning multiple transactional project threads with enterprise-wide impacts. With a focus on portfolio and demand management, Keegan helps organizations structure effective governance and project management programs for long term outsourcing success. His expertise extends to effective leadership of complex mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture initiatives. Steve has an MSA from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech.
