Pablo Pablo  Howard Gutman In 2001, Gutman represented Susan Rosenberg, a former member of the Weather Underground who was pardoned by President Bill Clinton. He also helped former Bolivian President Gonzalo Sánchez De Lozada and former Defense Minister José Carlos Sánchez Berzain, who were sued in U.S. court by citizens of Bolivia for their ordering the military to squash political protests, which allegedly resulted in 67 deaths and hundreds injured.

Pablo Pablo  Charles P Pizzi
Pizzi is "Deputy Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia" and a Member of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange's Board of Directors. It's as if this man IS Philadelphia.
Pablo Pablo  M Walter D'Alessio
Mr. D'Alessio is (or was) primarily a real-estate baron. Apart from being IBC's Chairman, he is "a director of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board of Pittsburgh and a director of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. He also serves on the Board of PECO Energy Company, an Exelon subsidiary ("PECO")."

Pablo Pablo  Joseph A Frick
Frick agrees "there's a collective sense of urgency now to reform healthcare and make it more accessible and more affordable"; but argues that "[b]ecause the most difficult issues facing healthcare today, such as dramatically rising costs and the uninsured, are intricately woven through the system, no one health plan, physician or hospital can act independently and make significant progress."

Pablo Pablo  Joseph A Frick
Like LilSister.org, "Frick...believes that people inherently want to contribute to society in positive ways, is driven by supporting the dreams of others. He believes a leader should provide partnerships and opportunities for people to work where they feel challenged, motivated and inspired."
Pablo Pablo  Joseph A Frick
"Before joining Independence Blue Cross, Mr. Frick was Vice President of Human Resources at Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc. (PNI), which publishes The Philadelphia Inquirer and the Daily News. He joined PNI in 1987 as Personnel Development Director, responsible for Employee Relations and Training and Development. In January 1989, he was named Director of Personnel and in October of that year was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources."
Pablo Pablo  Gang of Six Looks like I forgot to drop the link in that last note. My bad:
"Sick and Wrong" by Matt Taibbi: http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/stor...
Pablo Pablo  Gang of Six A must-read explanatory piece on health care in Rolling Stone. Especially good breakdown of the role, with good information on the make-up, of the 'Gang of Six'
Pablo Pablo  Goldman Sachs Group Apologies if Matt Taibbi's (Rolling Stone) post "Goldman Busted Again" is redundant here, but I am still learning to use LittleSis and don't find it.

The post: http://trueslant.com/matttaibbi/2009/08/2...

Summary: "The people who are actively innovating on Wall Street are all involved in the business of gaming the system to take advantage of short-term price swings. The people who invest money for the long-term and stick with their investments are punished in this environment."
