Mehmet Sinan Tara

Runs Turkey's largest construction company, Enka. In 1985 took reins from his father Sarik Tara, also a billionaire and the company co-founder. Using family foundation funds to start Enka Schools, one in Istanbul and the other in Adapazarý; 2,000 students are enrolled. Known for his modest character, his office has bare white walls.
