Alex Cranberg

Mr. Alexis M. Cranberg, also known as Alex, has been President of Aspect Management, Inc. , the manager of Aspect Resources, LLC, since its inception in 1993. Mr. Cranberg serves as Manager of Aspect Resources, LLC. Mr. Cranberg serves as Chairman of Aspect Energy, LLC, a subsidiary of Ascend Geo, LLC since 1993. Mr. Cranberg serves as Vice Chairman of Esenjay Exploration, Inc. and has been its Director since May 15, 1998. He has been a Director of University of Texas Board of Regents at The University of Texas System since February 1, 2011. He serves as Director of Aspect Energy, LLC. He served as Director of Ascend Geo, LLC. He serves as Director of Westport Oil & Gas. He has been a Director of Brigham Exploration Co. since 1992. He served as Director of General Atlantic Resources, Inc. and United Meridian Corporation. He served as a Member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Society of Petroleum Engineers and Society of Exploration Geophysicists. Some of his other accolades include: Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas Hall of Fame inductee, past Alliance for School Choice board member, past trustee of the Metropolitan State College of Denver and underwriter of the Horace Mann Scholarship Challenge in Denver. Mr. Cranberg holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
