Tas Panos is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of ACS. In this position, he is responsible for ACS' global legal and ethics affairs, consisting of a broad range of legal practices including litigation, employment, corporate governance, compliance, international, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, privacy and security, real estate, and commercial and government transactions.
Panos joined ACS in 2002 and most recently served as Deputy General Counsel. He had previously served as head of the litigation and labor & employment group as Group Counsel. Prior to joining ACS, Panos was in private practice in California for 17 years, representing the interests of individual and business clients. He also served as Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego School of Law.
Panos received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. « less
