Mr. Wilson served as Chairman of the Board of Northwest Airlines Corporation ('Northwest'), the parent of Northwest Airlines, Inc., from April 1997 to May 2007 and as Co-Chairman of the Board of Northwest from 1991 to 1997. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Walt Disney Company from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that time, Mr. Wilson served for 11 years in various executive positions at Marriott Corp., including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wilson is a Trustee Emeritus of Duke University, a member of the Board of Overseers of the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, a member of the NCAA Leadership Advisory Board and a member of the Board of Directors of Millennium Promise. Mr. Wilson also serves as a director of CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor's degree from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton Graduate School of Business. « less
