Jonathan Lavine is a Managing Director at Bain Capital, serving as the Chief Investment Officer of Sankaty Advisors, the fixed income and credit products affiliate of Bain Capital, which he helped start in 1997. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Lavine was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
