ANTONIO M. PEREZ Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Eastman Kodak Company (Kodak) (imaging innovator). Prior History: Mr. Perez has served Kodak as Chairman of the Board since January 2006, Chief Executive Officer since May 2005 and President from April 2003 to September 2007. Prior to joining Kodak, Mr. Perez served as an independent consultant for large investment firms, providing counsel on the effect of technology shifts on financial markets; served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gemplus International from June 2000 to December 2001; and before that held several senior management positions over a twenty-five-year career with Hewlett-Packard Company.
