Ms. Rambo is Vice Chair of Nietech Corporation (payments technology company) and has held that position since October 2006. Ms. Rambo joined Nietech in November 2002 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Nietech, she served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OpenClose Technologies (financial services company) from July 2001 to December 2001 and January 2000 to June 2001, respectively. Ms. Rambo served as Group Executive Vice President of Bank of America from 1993 to 1998 and held various positions of responsibility with the Bank since 1974.
