David J. Lesar has been an Executive Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Halliburton Company since August 2000. Mr. Lesar served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Halliburton Company from June 1997 to August 2000. He also served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Halliburton Company from June 1995 to June 1996. Previously, he served as President of Halliburton Company since May 1997.
