Arthur D. Levinson, Ph.D. has been a Director of Apple Inc. since 2000. He joined Genentech, Inc. (“Genentech”) in 1980 and has been Chief Executive Officer and a director of Genentech since July 1995 and serves on the Executive Committee. Dr. Levinson has been Chairman of Genentech since September 1999. Dr. Levinson also is a director of Google Inc. (“Google”), where he serves on the Leadership Development and Compensation Committee.
