Mr. Bertolini joined Aetna as head of Aetna Specialty Products in February 2003. He came to Aetna from Cigna HealthCare, where he served in several Senior Vice President positions. Before joining Cigna, he was Executive Vice President of NYLCare Health Plans and Chief Executive Officer of SelectCare, Inc., a multi-lined managed care company in the Greater Detroit metropolitan area.
Mr. Bertolini is a member of the University of Connecticut Health Center Board of Directors and the Connecticut Business and Industry Association Board of Directors, and chairs the Operations Committee of the Association of Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Cornell University School of Human Ecology.
Mr. Bertolini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Cornell University. « less
