Canadian-born songstress Celine Dion has netted some $260 million from her Las Vegas residencies since 2003, when her show, A New Day, opened. After a hiatus to care for her ailing husband (who died in January) Dion has resumed those gigs and is on schedule to perform her thousandth show in Vegas by year's end. She has also earned money from tours and from selling more than 220 million records
